At Twin Tail Love, every piece is custom-made with care—crafted, painted, and assembled by hand. Because of the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

Damage or Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at twintaillovestore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

We will work quickly to make it right.

Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as work often begins shortly after your order is placed.

Engraving & Customization
Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before placing your order. We create your item exactly as requested and cannot offer refunds for errors submitted at checkout.
