Shipping Policy

At Twin Tail Love, each order is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for production before your item ships. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (after production)

• Expedited shipping options available at checkout

Local Delivery (Goldsboro, NC area)
We offer free local delivery on eligible orders. If your ZIP code qualifies, the option will appear at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. Contact us at twintaillovestore@gmail.com if you're still unable to locate it.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
